Welcome to Rupix. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of the Rupix mobile application, website, and other services related to Rupix. By using Rupix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

Please stop using the app if you do not agree.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

When you sign up, access, or use Rupix:

  • You agree to these Terms of Use
  • You confirm that you are entitled to use the app
  • If using on behalf of an organization, you are representing to us that you have the authority to bind them
  1. Use of the App

Rupix provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for legitimate purposes. 

You agree not to: 

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app.
  • Use the app for unlawful purposes. 
  • Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content. 
  • Interfere with the functionality of the app or servers.
  1. No Login or Account System

Rupix does not require users to create an account.

Therefore-

  • No personal data is stored
  • No passwords or credentials are required
  • No profile or identity is created
  1. Advertising (AdMob)

Rupix displays ads through Google AdMob, and third-party providers may collect non-personal device data to show relevant advertisements. Users may adjust or disable personalized ads from their device settings if available.

  1. Third-Party Services & Analytics

Rupix uses integrated third-party tools, such as Google Analytics, for:

  • Use analytics
  • Crash reporting
  • Feature performance analysis

By using Rupix, you also agree to the policies of the third-party tools.

  1. Intellectual Property

Content, design, features, branding, and intellectual property within Rupix are the sole property of Rupix and its licensors. 

You may not: 

  • Copy 
  • Modify 
  • Distribute 
  • Resell 
  • Create derivative works 

without explicit written permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent acceptable by law:

  • Rupix is provided “as is” and “as available”
  • We do not assume guarantees of availability and non-disrupted and non-error
  • We are not responsible for:
    • The loss of any data
    • Unauthorized access to or use of the Services
    • Interruption of Services provided by the Services

All damages caused by your use or inability to use the app

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Rupix harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages resulting from:

  • Your wrongful use of the app
  • Your content or data
  • Your violation of these Terms
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate the Terms
  • Your activities create a risk or harm
  • Required by law

If you are terminated, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

  1. Modifications to the Services or Terms

Rupix can update, change, or stop any part of, or the entire, service at any time.

We may also update these terms and conditions. Continued use of Rupix indicates your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of:

India, You may update this section when jurisdiction is known.
